We wish to welcome Professor E. Leong Way to the Editorial Committee and to thank him for his willingness to write the Review of Reviews for Volume 19 and for succeeding volumes. It is appropriate that Professor Way should carry on in the tradition of Chauncey Leake (1896-1978), because he studied and received his early training under Leake's guidance.
